RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any order due to the nature of how we are set up, the supply chain (ugh I know) being what it is right now, and our attempt to be as sustainable as possible.
We have size guides available on each product image so please make sure you are measuring and choosing your correct size when placing your order.
DAMAGES, LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment or at your door step. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages - please file a claim with the selected shipping service if your item is not delivered.
SHIPPING INFO
We want to keep our inventory low and quality high in order to remain as sustainable as possible so we make everything as you order. Please give us at least 10-12 business days to get your pieces shipped to you. If an item is listed as PRE-ORDER ONLY, please give us 12-15 business days to get it shipped out to you. Thank you!
Right now we are only shipping to the US & CANADA but we hope to be available worldwide very soon. We are not responsible for any items held at customs.
SOLD OUT ITEMS & PRE-ORDERS
Since we are brand new, we want to explore a few different ways of offering pieces to you. Some of our items may be available as Pre-Orders once they are sold out. It will work the same way as if you ordered an in stock item but because we are trying to keep our inventory very low and selective, we will be preparing that item especially for you. Please allow additional shipping time if you place a pre-order.
We want to be able to move through as many collections as possible so if an item is sold out, it will not be coming back until we have released all of our other collections. Some designs may not come back at all because our goal is to make each piece feel exclusive and unique. All new collection and restock information will be posted on our instagram @princess__udesigns.
CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS
At this time we are unable to offer custom or bulk orders.

We proudly design and print every piece in Savannah, Georgia.

We understand that life is crazy and hectic and that you have timelines and certain needs for your pieces - we love it when everyone is excited and eager to get their hands on our collections. With that said, please have patience with us. We are a team of two women working hard to get your orders out to you.
